Spring Equinox: 108 Sun Salutations
Plant your seeds of intention through movement and sound.
Kelsey will gracefully guide you through the 108 Sun Salutations, leaving plenty of time and space for you to make this practice your own and find your flow. We will move methodically and mindfully through each sun salutation - you are not expected to complete each round - take only what you need.
The spring equinox is a powerful time when light and dark are balanced, the earth is thawing, and the natural world is reawakening. We can harness the potency of spring by setting intentions through movement and sound.
Katie will offer sound support throughout the practice on the crystal bowls, creating a grounding and immersive atmosphere as you move and breathe.
Poses & Poems with Britt

February Full Moon Celebration
An evening of movement, breath, devotion, and connection beneath the radiant light of the Leo Full Moon.
This will be a women only gathering to honor renewal, support, and sacred sisterhood.
This Leo Full Moon illuminates the heart. It invites us to soften back into joy, courage, creativity, and authentic self expression. Leo energy reminds us that we are meant to be seen, loved, and supported, not by proving or performing, but by standing rooted in our truth and warmth.
As the moon reaches fullness, we are asked to release self doubt, old stories of shrinking or hiding, and patterns that disconnect us from our inner radiance. This lunation supports heart healing, confidence, and reclaiming pleasure, play, and devotion to what makes us feel alive.
Together we will gather in ceremony to renew our energy, receive support from the circle, and anchor into a deeper sense of self trust and belonging.
Expect ritual, sound, sacred cacao, Kundalini mantra, breath, essential oil anointing, and sisterhood.

A Call to Rise: A New Moon Ceremony for the New Year
Step into a sacred space of renewal and remembrance as we welcome both the New Year and the first New Moon; a threshold moment between what has been and what is ready to be born.
Guided by Jenna Pfingston of jalaBlu Collective Healing, this three-hour journey; A Call to Rise invites you to awaken the untamed within through somatic embodiment, voice activation, cacao ceremony, and Primal Movement.
We begin with a grounded invitation into the body and voice, gently exploring playful, safe ways to give sound to our inner landscape. Then, under the fertile dark of the moon, we enter a heart-opening cacao ceremony; the ancient medicine that softens our armor, stirs emotion, and reconnects us to the pulse of the Earth and our ancestors.
Through Jenna’s signature Primal Movement, we move, breathe, sound, and remember—together. Modern rhythm meets ancient remembrance in a soulful celebration of release, intention, and raw aliveness.
We’ll close in ceremony; rooted, radiant, and unchained—lifting one another through the medicine of movement, voice, and shared presence as we cross the threshold into a year of deeper embodiment and truth.
