Kick off your fall weekends with exercise, friends, and fun at Friday Night Zumba!
This high-energy fitness program combines dance and aerobic movements set to Latin and world rhythms — think salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaetón, flamenco, and more. You’ll get an interval cardio workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Non-verbal cueing and upbeat encouragement make it easy to follow along and keep the energy high.
No dance experience necessary — just bring your water, non-street shoes, and your smile!

Join us for a unique Live Music Vin/Yin Yoga experience, guided by Troye and accompanied by Aubrea, a professional violinist. Her live music creates a rich, intuitive backdrop that flows effortlessly through the practice.
This class blends the flow of Vinyasa with the stillness of Yin. Aubrea’s melodies—ranging from soaring highs to meditative lows—enhance each posture, inviting a deeper connection to breath, body, and presence.

Join us for a cozy and illuminating morning of Tea and Tarot with Meg — mama, attorney, and intuitive tarot reader.
Explore the imagery, mythology, and symbolism of the tarot while learning to trust your inner wisdom and read the cards with confidence. Together, we’ll sip tea, share insights, and practice readings in a supportive, welcoming space.

Embrace the Winter Solstice and transition of seasons by flowing through 108 Sun Salutations, guided by Kelsey. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe, specifically when nature is undergoing a change. Embody mindful movement as we journey together alongside the vibration of crystal sound bowls played by Jaimie. Let’s connect & move together as we transition into the Winter months.
