Restore, Reflect, Receive is an intimate and intentionally small 90-minute restorative yoga experience designed to gently guide you back to yourself.
Held in a calm, supportive space, this offering invites you to slow down, soften, and settle into deeply nourishing restorative postures. Throughout the session, you’ll be encouraged to turn inward with guided moments for journaling and reflection—creating space to process, release, and reconnect with what matters most.
Amy, a skilled massage therapist, and Kelsey, who brings a background in massage and bodywork, will offer thoughtful, hands-on touch to support your nervous system and deepen your experience of relaxation. Their intuitive presence and care help create a container where you can feel safe, held, and fully supported.
