This high-energy fitness program combines dance and aerobic movements set to Latin and world rhythms — think salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaetón, flamenco, and more. You’ll get an interval cardio workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Non-verbal cueing and upbeat encouragement make it easy to follow along and keep the energy high.
No dance experience necessary — just bring your water, non-street shoes, and your smile!
