Workshop Summaries:
August 3 – The Peace and Power of Pranayama - Experience timeless breathwork techniques rooted in classical yoga. Learn to build purposeful pranayama sequences and use your breath as a tool for clarity, calm, and energetic balance.
August 10 – Energetic Embodiment - Deepen your connection to the subtle body through the koshas, chakras, vayus, and nadis. This workshop blends theory and embodied practice to help you feel and apply energetic awareness in your yoga.
August 17 – Ashtanga Full Primary Series - Move through the full traditional Ashtanga Primary Series in a guided, meditative flow. Cultivate discipline, focus, and breath-body awareness through this powerful practice. *This is included with your Yoga Olas membership/$25 drop-in
August 24 – Chant, Connect & Center - Awaken your voice and heart through sacred sound. Learn the meanings and vibrations of traditional chants while exploring mantra as a path to inner connection and emotional clarity.
