Kate Turner
Hi, I’m Katie. Yoga has been home to me for the past 15 years. I first found the practice while living in Hawai‘i during college, and it has been a steady thread through every season of my life since. I’ve wandered quite a bit over the years, and no matter where I land, my mat is the place I return to.
In 2018, I became a massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner, and I weave my understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and nervous system regulation into my classes. My teaching is rooted in both structure and softness, creating space to strengthen, lengthen and truly reset.
In 2024, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in the Sacred Valley of Peru, and I share vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative practices with students in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.
Outside the studio, you’ll find me most alive moving with nature — mountain biking, skiing, river surfing and kitesurfing.
